RUD-Urunana was created on September 12, 2004 and RPR-Inkeragutabara followed in 2005. Since then, the utmost objectives have been to defend the motherland and the people threatened with destruction by a tyrannical, oligarchic, unpopular and warmonger regime of the RPF which maintains itself only by lies and terror.

The contentious relations between the different components of the Rwandan society and nation, especially the conflict of power between the Hutu and the Tutsi, on the one hand, and within these groups, on the other, have created and crystallized the ethnic and regional identities to the detriment of national identity and unity.

The instability in the Great Lakes region of Africa constitutes not only a moral problem, but also a World security problem. The political situation inside Rwanda and its enduring consequence, the problem of Rwanda refugees, are at the heart of the instability. Resolving the problem of Rwandan refugees is the key to stabilizing the region.
