    Once again, the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) has been engulfed in a war between M23, a Rwanda proxy rebel group, and the Congolese troops, FARDC, loyal to the DRC government. The National Democratic Congress (NDC), a coaltion between the Rally for Unity and Democracy (RUD - Urunana) and Rally of the Rwandan Peuple (RPR - Inkeragutabara), would like to denounce and condemn in strongest terms possible the current state of war instigated by a proxy group trained, heavily armed, and supported by the Rwandan government as it has been confirmed in recent reports from several on-ground independent investigators and/or observers.

    Unequivocal and Strong No to General Paul Kagame's Third Term.

    As expected, Gen Paul Kagame has publicly stated his intentions to run for a third term in 2017 presidential elections. After several months of arm twisting, intimidations, threats, and evasive answers, he has finally shown what his real intentions had been, all along: running for a third term and, potentially, for life.

    To achieve this goal, he and his cronies devised a sham popular petition that led to a so-called “referendum”. The “referendum” paved the way for constitutional amendments that would allow him to run for office for a third term.

    C’est le 6 Avril 1994 aux environs de 20:30 heure locale queC’est le 6 Avril 1994 aux environs de 20:30 heure locale quel’irréparable fut commis par les ennemis de la paix. En effet, au moment où le jet présidentiel ramenant leurs Excellences JuvénalHabyarimana, Président du Rwanda et Cyprien Ntaryamira, Président duBurundi du sommet de Dar-Es-Salam (Tanzanie), il fut abattu par deuxmissiles sol-air au dessus de l’aéroport International de Kanombe. Cetacte terroriste fut suivi par une hécatombe dont les conséquences sefont toujours sentir dans la région et dans le monde jusqu’à nos jours.Outre les deux Chefs d’État africains qui périrent dans cet attentatignoble, leurs accompagnateurs ainsi que tout l’équipage de l’avionconnurent le même sort.
